Artwork guidelines

Send original artwork with clear specifications so we can review your files against the job.

Include the essentials.

Project name and matching quote or order number.
Final width, height, units, and quantity for each item.
Artwork filenames matched to each item or location.
A PDF preview when supplying source files.
Any artwork scale, fonts, and linked images.

Keep the original quality.

Upload original files instead of screenshots or images copied from email previews. Include permitted font files or outline fonts. Tell us which version is ready for review.

Bleed, resolution, color, and panel requirements depend on the product and viewing distance. Confirm the specifications with MHG before exporting your final files.

Ready to send?

You can attach artwork to each quote item or use the upload page for an existing project. Uploading files does not approve production or reserve an installation date.
