Who we are
Mile High Graphics, Inc. operates this website. Contact info@milehighgraphics.com or write to 7205 Gilpin Way, Suite 150, Denver, CO 80229 about privacy requests.
Information you provide
We collect the contact, company, address, project specifications, timing, and files you choose to submit. The partner review board is public to anyone with its link. Do not put customer details or confidential information in feedback.
How information is used
Information supports estimating, artwork review, customer setup, delivery, installation, service communications, and security. A quote request does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter or approve production.
Service providers
Website hosting uses Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Artwork is stored in Google Drive or private website storage. Authorized MHG staff receive request information through our email services. Google provides maps and address suggestions. These providers process information needed to deliver their services.
Optional AI and voice input
If you choose automatic organization of your project overview, the description is sent to OpenAI to prepare a draft. Artwork is not sent to that feature. Check the draft before submitting. Voice input uses your browser voice service, which may process audio remotely. MHG does not save an audio recording through this feature. You can type instead.
Cookies and analytics
Essential session cookies help protect forms and preserve request sessions. When enabled on the production website, Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. We measure pageviews, successful requests, and phone-link clicks without sending contact fields, project descriptions, or artwork. Advertising signals are disabled in this implementation. Review pages and the private inbox are excluded from analytics. Use Privacy choices to decline or withdraw permission. Browser Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics off.
Maps and external services
Maps, address suggestions, fonts, optional security checks, and voice services can communicate with their providers when used or loaded. Social links open external websites with their own privacy practices. Analytics consent does not switch off services needed for a feature you choose to use.
Retention
Approved retention targets: unconverted inquiries, 12 months after the last meaningful contact; unused artwork, 90 days after the last meaningful contact; abandoned uploads, 30 days. Accepted-job records follow the company records policy and any applicable legal holds. This schedule is not yet an automated deletion promise. Existing files are not being deleted as part of this website update.
Your requests
Email info@milehighgraphics.com to ask about access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information you provided. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the request. Legal, accounting, security, and active-project requirements may limit deletion. This policy does not narrow rights available under applicable law.
Security and updates
We use access restrictions, request validation, and other safeguards. No website can guarantee that every attack will be prevented. Do not send payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers through these forms. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page.
