Requests are not orders
Submitting a quote, planning request, or artwork does not place an order, reserve a production slot, approve printing, or guarantee a delivery date. MHG confirms scope, price, payment, proofs, and timing separately.
Artwork and permissions
Only submit artwork and other materials you have authority to share for the project. You permit MHG and the providers needed to process the request to receive and review those materials for estimating and project work. Uploading does not transfer your ownership or authorize unrelated marketing use.
Review your details
Check dimensions, quantities, addresses, timing, and artwork versions before submission. AI-generated drafts and address suggestions are aids, not final specifications. MHG may request clarification before confirming a quote.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, impersonate another person, interfere with service, or submit unlawful content. MHG may limit or block abusive activity.
Project terms
Accepted estimates and written project agreements govern the work. Review the customer disclosures linked in the footer. These website terms do not replace an agreed scope, proof approval, or production agreement.
External websites and availability
Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms. Website availability and automatic estimates are not guaranteed; contact MHG if you cannot submit a request.

Our privacy policy describes how website information is handled. Contact us with questions before sending confidential or sensitive material.
